Quick process
I liked that I could reserve a unit an shop around, which I did.
Then once I was ready to lock in a unit the online process was quick and easy.
Its good.
So far every thing is good. We will be moving things in a little at a time.

It has an easy online process for renting the unit. It has a good selection of storage unit sizes.
Great storage place
I needed a storage unit for some small stuff cluttering up my apartment. I attempted a different storage place first, and they gave me the runaround and wanted all sorts of documents. I ended up canceling that reservation and going to public storage instead. The small unit I needed was reasonably priced, and the lady I dealt with in the office was awesome. I even had an issue with my pass code, and she got it fixed in no time. All around great experience.
