Unprecedented Customer Service

I have used this facility now for a year. During which, I've moved from WA to Idaho, and now am getting ready to come clean my unit out soon to move from Idaho to Kentucky. During this year, I've gone through the MOST and the staff and owners of Summit have ALWAYS been helpful, understanding and patient. I have never come across such great business practices such as the ones these amazing people operate on. Would never recommend any other storage facility in the Pierce County area other than this one! Hands down the best there is.

Summit Self Storage exceeded my expectations

I arrived later in the evening and even though the office manager was on her way out the door and the office was closed, she still walked me to BOTH my units and showed me how to punch in my codes and was extremely pleasant and above excellent in her helpfulness. I feel awful that I can’t remember her name, I’ll edit this review once I find it in my stacks of paper(my office is a mess) to include her name. And if I can edit it, I’ll write an entirely new review that definitely mention, her.
