Danielle was excellent. She walked us through several options and helped us pick the right unit for our needs.
No Carts available
We went to the storage after office hours, follow the instructions of going into the office with my passcode to get a cart but weren't able to before the office was lock. Therefore we had to carry our stuffs.
We needed storage for our deck...
We needed storage for our deck furniture while we have a new deck built, so this is short term.
I signed up online and went to the facility and completed the transaction. The staff was very friendly and helpful and explained everything in detail. I returned the next day and started storing our furniture.
