"This is the 1st time I have needed a storage unit. I have helped other friends move in and out but never needed the extra space. I stopped by and was greeted by TJ He was great, he not only talked me through the the space options but walked me through the site. He helped me figure out the size I would need and took care of the rest. The entry is secure and easy to get to the storage location. It is easy to see that they take of the place - very clean."

Cheerful people and clean facility

Terrible customer service
My unit was dirty when I went to move in. I reported it and came in Saturday morning where I was greeted by a rude assistant manager who refused to vacuum it for me. She said she would call a maintenance guy to come meet me and clean it. She send me out to wait outside for over an hour and the guy never showed up. She left the store for over an hour and a half and never came back nor answered the phones. She told me she would be back, that she had to drive somewhere and told me to wait for the guy, that she would call him again. She really did not care and was very old disconnected from my situation. I had to vacuum myself a little bit with my own personal vacuum to be able to put my furniture in the unit because it started raining. I already was not able to move on day one because the unit was dirty and I lost the guys that were going to help me and their availability. It has not been a good experience so far. Eric was nice, the guy who rented me the unit, very friendly and professional though. And he was kind. And I have left numerous messages and the “site manager” Dana has not even returned my call.
