Every storage unit is located on the ground floor with direct drive-up access, allowing customers to park near their unit and load without elevators, stairs, interior hallways, or shared moving carts. Our wide driveways accommodate cars, pickups, vans, moving trucks, and commercial vehicles. Unit options may include small, medium, large, and container-style storage spaces for household belongings, furniture, business inventory, contractor tools, equipment, and moving-day overflow. CSI Mini Storage Alameda makes pricing easier to understand. Many unit sizes offer a choice of 3-month or 6-month promotional rate plans. Before renting, customers can review both the promotional monthly rate and the regular monthly rate. After the promotional period, the rate converts to the disclosed regular rate, which is guaranteed through the end of the customers first 12 months. If the customer remains for a second year and the rate changes, the increase is capped at 9 for that year. Move in without the extra charges commonly added by large storage companies. CSI Mini Storage Alameda has no move-in administrative fee, no security deposit, and no required tenant insurance. Eligible new customers may also receive free scheduled pickup and move-in help. Advance scheduling is required, and service is subject to eligibility and availability. There's no admin fee. Tenant protection is available if your own insurance doesn't cover storage. Current specials include 3 MONTH RATE TERM then $235 and 3 MONTH RATE TERM then $279 on select units.
