Units at Tri City Storage start at $78 a month for a 5' x 5'. Other sizes include a 10' x 20' from $299 and a 20' x 40' from $789.
These are online rates: the 16' x 20' is $40 a month less than the regular price of $499. Prices change with demand, so reserving locks in the rate you see today. It's free and doesn't need a credit card.
What size storage units are available at Tri City Storage?
Tri City Storage has 8 storage unit sizes available online, from 5' x 5' to 20' x 40'. Only a few 10' x 16', 10' x 20' and 16' x 20' units are left, so those sizes may go soon.
Not sure what you need? A 10' x 10' is about the size of half of a one-car garage and fits one to two bedrooms: bedroom and living room furniture, a refrigerator or washer, and around 20 to 25 boxes. Our size guide shows what fits in each size.
How soon can I move in at Tri City Storage?
The earliest move-in date is Monday, November 2. You can finish the whole rental online, lease and payment included, before you arrive. Move-in is contactless: sign online and get your gate code by text, with no stop at the office.
