Units at Avalon Storage start at $49 a month for a 5' x 10'. Other sizes include a 10' x 20' from $109 and a 10' x 30' from $75.
These are online rates: the 5' x 10' is $20 a month less than the regular price of $69. Prices change with demand, so reserving locks in the rate you see today. It's free and doesn't need a credit card.
What size storage units are available at Avalon Storage?
Avalon Storage has 4 storage unit sizes available online, from 5' x 10' to 10' x 30'. Only a few 10' x 30' and 10' x 20' units are left, so those sizes may go soon.
Not sure what you need? A 5' x 10' is about the size of a large walk-in closet and fits a studio or dorm room: a mattress and frame, a small sofa or dresser, a TV and a stack of boxes. Our size guide shows what fits in each size.
How soon can I move in at Avalon Storage?
The earliest move-in date is Monday, November 2. Bring a photo ID to the office, sign your lease and pay your first month.
There's no admin fee. Tenant protection is available if your own insurance doesn't cover storage. Current specials include First Month Free on select units.
