Questions about Avid Storage - Miramar Beach
View all FAQs →How much does a storage unit cost at Avid Storage?
Units at Avid Storage start at $52 a month for a 5' x 10'. Other sizes include a 10' x 15' from $91 and a 10' x 25' from $335.
These are online rates: the 10' x 25' is $30 a month less than the regular price of $502. Prices change with demand, so reserving locks in the rate you see today. It's free and doesn't need a credit card.
What size storage units are available at Avid Storage?
Avid Storage has 5 storage unit sizes available online, from 5' x 10' to 10' x 25'. Only a few 5' x 10', 10' x 10' and 10' x 20' units are left, so those sizes may go soon.
Not sure what you need? A 10' x 10' is about the size of half of a one-car garage and fits one to two bedrooms: bedroom and living room furniture, a refrigerator or washer, and around 20 to 25 boxes. Our size guide shows what fits in each size.
How soon can I move in at Avid Storage?
The earliest move-in date is Monday, November 2. Bring a photo ID to the office, sign your lease and pay your first month.
Tenant protection is available if your own insurance doesn't cover storage. Current specials include 50% off First Full 3 Month on select units.
Does Avid Storage have climate-controlled units?
Yes. Avid Storage has 5 climate-controlled sizes, starting at $52 a month for a 5' x 10'.
Climate control is worth it for wood furniture, electronics, documents, photos and clothing. Look for "Climate Controlled" in the unit features.
Can I park a car, boat or RV at Avid Storage?
Avid Storage lists vehicle requires insurance, vehicle requires title and vehicle must be running, but no parking spaces are open online right now. Call to ask about availability, or see RV, boat and car storage nearby.
Is Avid Storage secure?
Security at Avid Storage includes fenced and lighted, video cameras on site, electronic gate access and 10% military discount (active-duty, reserves, veterans).
You'll have your own lock on your unit, so only you (and anyone you add to your account) can get in. A disc or cylinder lock is the hardest to cut.
