How much does a storage unit cost at The Storage Place?

Units at The Storage Place start at $22 a month for a 5' x 5'. Other sizes include a 10' x 18' from $92 and a 10' x 30' from $154.

These are online rates: the 10' x 30' is $103 a month less than the regular price of $257. Prices change with demand, so reserving locks in the rate you see today. It's free and doesn't need a credit card.

What size storage units are available at The Storage Place?

The Storage Place has 10 storage unit sizes available online, from 5' x 5' to 10' x 30'. Only a few 5' x 5', 5' x 10' and 5' x 12' units are left, so those sizes may go soon.

Not sure what you need? A 10' x 10' is about the size of half of a one-car garage and fits one to two bedrooms: bedroom and living room furniture, a refrigerator or washer, and around 20 to 25 boxes. Our size guide shows what fits in each size.

How soon can I move in at The Storage Place?

The earliest move-in date is Monday, November 2. Bring a photo ID to the office, sign your lease and pay your first month.

Tenant protection is available if your own insurance doesn't cover storage. Current specials include 50% Off First Month Rent and First Month Free Rent on select units.

Does The Storage Place have climate-controlled units?

Yes. The Storage Place has 9 climate-controlled sizes, starting at $22 a month for a 5' x 5'.

Climate control is worth it for wood furniture, electronics, documents, photos and clothing. Look for "Climate Controlled" in the unit features.

Is The Storage Place secure?

Security at The Storage Place includes fenced and lighted, video cameras on site and electronic gate access.

You'll have your own lock on your unit, so only you (and anyone you add to your account) can get in. A disc or cylinder lock is the hardest to cut.
