How much does a storage unit cost at StorageMart?

Units at StorageMart start at $24 a month for a 5' x 5'. Other sizes include a 4' x 4' from $27, a 10' x 10' from $62 and a 10' x 25' from $216.

These are online rates: the 10' x 25' is $26 a month less than the regular price of $242. Prices change with demand, so reserving locks in the rate you see today. It's free and doesn't need a credit card.

What size storage units are available at StorageMart?

StorageMart has 8 storage unit sizes available online, from 4' x 4' to 10' x 25'. Only a few 4' x 4', 5' x 5' and 5' x 15' units are left, so those sizes may go soon.

Not sure what you need? A 10' x 10' is about the size of half of a one-car garage and fits one to two bedrooms: bedroom and living room furniture, a refrigerator or washer, and around 20 to 25 boxes. Our size guide shows what fits in each size.

How soon can I move in at StorageMart?

The earliest move-in date is Monday, November 2. Bring a photo ID to the office, sign your lease and pay your first month.

Tenant protection is available if your own insurance doesn't cover storage. Current specials include 75% Off for 3 Months and 25% Off for 3 Months on select units.

Does StorageMart have climate-controlled units?

Yes. StorageMart has 4 climate-controlled sizes, starting at $29 a month for a 5' x 5'. That's $5 a month more than a standard 5' x 5' here.

Climate control is worth it for wood furniture, electronics, documents, photos and clothing. Look for "Climate Controlled" in the unit features.

Can I park a car, boat or RV at StorageMart?

StorageMart lists vehicle requires insurance, vehicle requires title and vehicle must be running, but no parking spaces are open online right now. Call to ask about availability, or see RV, boat and car storage nearby.

Is StorageMart secure?

Security at StorageMart includes 24-hour access (with manager approval, for additional $%s per month), fenced and lighted, video cameras on site and electronic gate access.

You'll have your own lock on your unit, so only you (and anyone you add to your account) can get in. A disc or cylinder lock is the hardest to cut.
