Units at Key Storage start at $95 a month for a 10' x 10'. Other sizes include a 5' x 10' from $135, a 10' x 15' from $155 and a 10' x 20' from $200.
These are online rates: the 10' x 10' is $50 a month less than the regular price of $145. Prices change with demand, so reserving locks in the rate you see today. It's free and doesn't need a credit card.
What size storage units are available at Key Storage?
Key Storage has 4 storage unit sizes available online, from 5' x 10' to 10' x 20'. It also has 2 parking space sizes. Only a few 10' x 15' and 10' x 20' units are left, so those sizes may go soon.
Not sure what you need? A 10' x 10' is about the size of half of a one-car garage and fits one to two bedrooms: bedroom and living room furniture, a refrigerator or washer, and around 20 to 25 boxes. Our size guide shows what fits in each size.
How soon can I move in at Key Storage?
You can move in as soon as today. Move-in is contactless: sign online and get your gate code by text, with no stop at the office.
Tenant protection is available if your own insurance doesn't cover storage.

That works for a car, boat, trailer or RV, depending on its length. Measure from bumper to bumper (or hitch to stern) and choose a space with a few feet to spare. The facility may ask for current registration and insurance.

You'll have your own lock on your unit, so only you (and anyone you add to your account) can get in. A disc or cylinder lock is the hardest to cut.
