You can move in as soon as today. You can finish the whole rental online, lease and payment included, before you arrive. Move-in is contactless: sign online and get your gate code by text, with no stop at the office.

Climate control is worth it for wood furniture, electronics, documents, photos and clothing. Look for "Climate Controlled" in the unit features.
Is HoCo Vault secure?
Security at HoCo Vault includes fenced and lighted, video cameras on site, electronic gate access and 0 security deposit required (refundable).
You'll have your own lock on your unit, so only you (and anyone you add to your account) can get in. A disc or cylinder lock is the hardest to cut.
Does HoCo Vault have drive-up units?
Yes. Drive-up units start at $75 a month for a 5' x 10'. You can park right at the door, which makes loading furniture and heavy boxes a lot easier.
