Questions about Storage Ark
View all FAQs →How much does a storage unit cost at Storage Ark?
Units at Storage Ark start at $20 a month for a 5' x 5'. Other sizes include a 10' x 12.5' from $56 and a 15' x 20' from $120.
Prices change with demand, so reserving locks in the rate you see today. It's free and doesn't need a credit card.
What size storage units are available at Storage Ark?
Storage Ark has 10 storage unit sizes available online, from 5' x 5' to 15' x 20'. Only a few 5' x 5', 5' x 10' and 10' x 10' units are left, so those sizes may go soon.
Not sure what you need? A 10' x 10' is about the size of half of a one-car garage and fits one to two bedrooms: bedroom and living room furniture, a refrigerator or washer, and around 20 to 25 boxes. Our size guide shows what fits in each size.
How soon can I move in at Storage Ark?
The earliest move-in date is Monday, November 2. You can finish the whole rental online, lease and payment included, before you arrive.
Tenant protection is available if your own insurance doesn't cover storage. Current specials include WE'RE EXPANDING SPECIAL on select units.
Does Storage Ark have climate-controlled units?
Yes. Storage Ark has 8 climate-controlled sizes, starting at $20 a month for a 5' x 5'.
Climate control is worth it for wood furniture, electronics, documents, photos and clothing. Look for "Climate Controlled" in the unit features.
Can I park a car, boat or RV at Storage Ark?
Storage Ark lists vehicle requires insurance and vehicle must be running, but no parking spaces are open online right now. Call to ask about availability, or see RV, boat and car storage nearby.
Is Storage Ark secure?
Security at Storage Ark includes fenced and lighted, video cameras on site, electronic gate access and $25 security deposit required (refundable).
You'll have your own lock on your unit, so only you (and anyone you add to your account) can get in. A disc or cylinder lock is the hardest to cut.
