We offer drive-up storage units that make your move-in day easier, and outdoor vehicle storage with secure access. Werve installed a gated entrance so that only trusted customers can access our storage facility. Plus, our sturdy perimeter fencing helps deter thieves and vandals. We strive to give our customers peace of mind so you can spend more time focusing on the important stuff. When you store with us, you wont have to worry about long-term contracts. We know that life can change fast, which is why we offer month-to-month leases to provide flexibility. And with 7-day access, you can reach your belongings on the weekends if the weekdays get too busy. Well provide you with a personal code for gate access.

How much does a storage unit cost at I-25 Self Storage?

Units at I-25 Self Storage start at $15 a month for a 5' x 5'. Other sizes include a 10' x 10' from $29 and a 10' x 20.1' from $49.

These are online rates: the 10' x 10' is $63 a month less than the regular price of $92. Prices change with demand, so reserving locks in the rate you see today. It's free and doesn't need a credit card.

What size storage units are available at I-25 Self Storage?

I-25 Self Storage has 6 storage unit sizes available online, from 5' x 5' to 10' x 20.1'. It also has 1 parking space size. Only a few 8' x 10' units are left, so that size may go soon.

Not sure what you need? A 10' x 10' is about the size of half of a one-car garage and fits one to two bedrooms: bedroom and living room furniture, a refrigerator or washer, and around 20 to 25 boxes. Our size guide shows what fits in each size.

How soon can I move in at I-25 Self Storage?

The earliest move-in date is Monday, November 2. Bring a photo ID to the office, sign your lease and pay your first month.

Tenant protection is available if your own insurance doesn't cover storage. Current specials include 1st Month Free on select units.

Yes. I-25 Self Storage rents parking spaces from $42 a month, up to 12' long.

That works for a car, boat, trailer or RV, depending on its length. Measure from bumper to bumper (or hitch to stern) and choose a space with a few feet to spare. The facility may ask for current registration and insurance.

Security at I-25 Self Storage includes fenced and lighted, video cameras on site, electronic gate access and 10% military discount (active-duty, reserves, veterans).

You'll have your own lock on your unit, so only you (and anyone you add to your account) can get in. A disc or cylinder lock is the hardest to cut.
