Questions about Delco Storage
View all FAQs →How much does a storage unit cost at Delco Storage?
Units at Delco Storage start at $29 a month for a 5' x 5'. Other sizes include a 7' x 10' from $59 and a 10' x 10' from $69.
Prices change with demand, so reserving locks in the rate you see today. It's free and doesn't need a credit card.
What size storage units are available at Delco Storage?
Delco Storage has 4 storage unit sizes available online, from 5' x 5' to 10' x 10'. Only a few 5' x 5', 5' x 10' and 7' x 10' units are left, so those sizes may go soon.
Not sure what you need? A 10' x 10' is about the size of half of a one-car garage and fits one to two bedrooms: bedroom and living room furniture, a refrigerator or washer, and around 20 to 25 boxes. Our size guide shows what fits in each size.
How soon can I move in at Delco Storage?
You can move in as soon as today. You can finish the whole rental online, lease and payment included, before you arrive. Move-in is contactless: sign online and get your gate code by text, with no stop at the office.
Tenant protection is available if your own insurance doesn't cover storage. Current specials include $1 RENT FOR FIRST MONTH! Best Deal for climate-controlled units on select units.
Does Delco Storage have climate-controlled units?
Yes. Delco Storage has 4 climate-controlled sizes, starting at $29 a month for a 5' x 5'.
Climate control is worth it for wood furniture, electronics, documents, photos and clothing. Look for "Climate Controlled" in the unit features.
Is Delco Storage secure?
Security at Delco Storage includes fenced and lighted, video cameras on site, manager lives on-site and security deposit required (refundable).
You'll have your own lock on your unit, so only you (and anyone you add to your account) can get in. A disc or cylinder lock is the hardest to cut.
