VERY IMPORTANT: PLEASE TELL "EVERY" CALLER THAT WE "DO" REQUIRE APPOINTMENTS & THAT "THEY NEED TO CALL US" AT LEAST 1 to 2 HOURS BEFORE ARRIVAL TO CONFIRM A SPECIFIC TIME TO MEET US AT THE OFFICE. 4:00 p.m. IS THE LATEST APPOINTMENT TIME AVAILABLE IF THIS TIME IS NOT ALREADY TAKEN. (We will "also" reach out to the caller to try & confirm a reservation) **** WE REQUIRE THAT SPARE FOOT NOTATES ON EACH LEAD SENT THAT THIS INFO. HAS IN FACT BEEEN RELAYED TO THE CALLER**** I SPOKE TO JOE SPARE FOOT "IN DETAIL" ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS. HE CONFIRMED THAT THIS WOULD ALWAYS BE DONE. Firearms and ammunition are prohibited to be stored on site. Kiosks are to be used for making payments only and are not to be used for move ins. The facility does not provide insurance for personal property so we recommend customers obtain their own renters insurance. Thompson Lane Self Storage is "not" responsible for any possible loss of tenants personal property stored on site, for any reason.
