View all FAQs →

Units at Mini U Storage start at $49 a month for a 5' x 5'. Other sizes include a 10' x 15' from $69 and a 10' x 20' from $169.

These are online rates: the 10' x 15' is $90 a month less than the regular price of $179. Prices change with demand, so reserving locks in the rate you see today. It's free and doesn't need a credit card.

What size storage units are available at Mini U Storage?

Mini U Storage has 4 storage unit sizes available online, from 5' x 5' to 10' x 20'. Only a few 5' x 5' and 10' x 20' units are left, so those sizes may go soon.

Not sure what you need? A 10' x 10' is about the size of half of a one-car garage and fits one to two bedrooms: bedroom and living room furniture, a refrigerator or washer, and around 20 to 25 boxes. Our size guide shows what fits in each size.

How soon can I move in at Mini U Storage?

You can move in as soon as today. Move-in is contactless: sign online and get your gate code by text, with no stop at the office.

Tenant protection is available if your own insurance doesn't cover storage. Current specials include Free truck rental and $10 Starbucks card with move in, call office to reserve and 50% off first month on select units.

Does Mini U Storage have climate-controlled units?

Yes. Mini U Storage has 3 climate-controlled sizes, starting at $69 a month for a 10' x 10'. That's $20 a month more than a standard 10' x 10' here.

Climate control is worth it for wood furniture, electronics, documents, photos and clothing. Look for "Climate Controlled" in the unit features.

Can I park a car, boat or RV at Mini U Storage?

Mini U Storage lists vehicle requires insurance, vehicle requires title and vehicle must be running, but no parking spaces are open online right now. Call to ask about availability, or see RV, boat and car storage nearby.

Is Mini U Storage secure?

Security at Mini U Storage includes fenced and lighted, video cameras on site, electronic gate access and manager lives on-site.

You'll have your own lock on your unit, so only you (and anyone you add to your account) can get in. A disc or cylinder lock is the hardest to cut.
