Quick, fast, and in a hurry.
When we finally decided we needed a storage space I was concerned it was going to be a hassle due to the late hour and notice given. I couldn't have been more wrong. The young lady at the facility was extremely helpful and understanding of the stress I was under and even allowed me to vent out my frustration with the Uhaul people. She made the situation easy and the place was very clean and seemed secure. My only complaint would be that they don't tell you that you're required to have insurance coverage on your stuff so what we thought it was going to cost wasn't and it was almost double. So the company makes money with all the hidden and extra charges that aren't mentioned until you're unloaded.
