Broken door hinge prevented entry.
The 5' x 10' storage unit was inside. The top hinge on the exterior door was broken, which prevented the door from opening more than one foot. I had to push the hinge unit up to get the door open. This is a very temporary fix. You will need to fix this door.

The on site manager John was fantastic help and he went out of his way to accommodate our needs. I will recommend this PS to anyone who asks!
