My first experience with a Public Storage facility.
The young staff member, was EXTREMELY HELPUL! And went out of his way to get us the correct lock make sure everything iwas satisfactory! I wish I could remember his name to give him the proper accolades!
Staff very professional
I was looking into getting a space and James was really helpful, professional and knowledgeable in explaining and assisting me with the various unit and sizes to accommodate my need.

The CSR was very polite, respectful, clear, helpful, and spent some time reviewing various aspects of the enrollment and payment process that was more complicated than expected. The building and grounds were clean.
Extended gate hours would be nice.
Good location good price. I work till 6 PM so the 9 PM cut off for gate ours is a little tight. Even access up until 10 PM would be a huge plus.
So convenient!
The only negative I’ve found is the astronomical rent for large vehicles (RV’s) compared to your competitors.
