No Help with Rental Insurance
Had copy of rental insurance with company name. Would not accept it. Said I needed the policy number. Took picture of policy number, because I'm traveling and my wireless print isn't working in hotel room. Asked if I could bring in laptop so they could see policy. They said "no". Asked if I could use their printer. They said "no". Finally, my insurance company faxed them a copy of my policy.
Also, when I got to the unit and unloaded my stuff, I realized the company lock was still on the unit. The phone had a message. No human answered Had to leave my stuff unprotected while I put in the combination to get out. Drove to the office to get help. Someone did take the lock off.
When I came in to sign up, I was told I had to wear a mask. While I was getting a mask, someone came in to rent a U Haul truck. The man had many questions. So I waited about 20 minutes for him to finish. This is the only place in Fort Myers I've had to wear a mask.
