I recommend this storage facility
have used this place in the past and had really good experiences
I used this location a few years ago and the girl at the front was great. I had a bigger unit and then downgraded to a smaller one and the transition was seamless. The move-out was easy too. That's why I chose them again this time.
No security
I rented a space here. When I got there for my appointment the sales person was running behind. She didn’t address the issue just allowed me to wait outside. After renting my space she didn’t show me where my space was so was difficult to find when I came back with my uhaul. Also, the security gate was not closed when I initially got the space nor was it closed when I return. Does it ever close?? Lack of security is very disheartening.

Kathy was amazing!!
Kathy was amazing!!! She was so very helpful in everything. She was so kind to let us choose our rental space. She showed us a variety of spaces to make sure we had the correct size needed. She also informed us that we could use the other gate to exit the premises... just let her know. Its people like KATHY that make such a great experience. I recommend anyone to go see Katy at public storage on Jackson St. in Garland. She is an amazing person and very funny... we love her to death.
