Accommodating and friendly.
Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Cleaned out my storage for me before I put my products inside which was very nice. Very fast check in.

Easy access to the storage facility.
Ieshia was a dream to work with...very efficient, professional, personal warmth. Explained everything thoroughly. This was my first time renting a storage space and she made the whole experience great!!! She needed to come to my rental unit to show me how to open the door and did not show any annoyance at my stupidity. EXCELLENT customer service skills!!
