"I went online and reserved this unit. Then I called the storage place and paid for they gave me MyGate code the next day when I got there to go into the gate. I was locked out. It wouldn't accept my gate code. So then I have to get on the phone for about a 1/2 an hour in order. I got everything eloaded and I was leaving. The gate decides to close on my trailer. Jacked up my trailer. I'm sure jacked up the fence.
It was a bad experience moving in. Just saying"

Bad experience

Easy, free online reservations
The office and management staff were exceptional from start to finish. They made the process easy and efficient with free online reservations, as well as a staffed office with multiple different options to pay online or in person. Clean and very affordable.
