It’s a storage unit so what can be said about that? I will say that the customer service here is exemplary! The person that helped us, I am so sorry I forgot their name, was king, welcoming and efficient. The storage was exactly what we were looking for, easy to get to, nice wide unloading areas. I am pleased with my choice! Give your front desk person a raise!

Fine storage unit with easy access but I would worry about safety
My experience went smoothly but this storage facility is in a high crime area. While walking to my storage unit I saw that many doors were in rough condition. I asked about break-ins and the employee said they get them about once a month and recommended a specific kind of lock to avoid them. Additionally, they had me sign a raise increase form where they basically state that they will raise the monthly payments by $20 “within 4-6 months” because they think the SpareFoot prices are “just promotional”.
