Mississippi has awesome customer care they're polite friendly very helpful they can answer any questions you have about a storage unit they come equipped with built-in security system for your own peace of mind it's a gated situation and they're convenient to almost everything in town

Rate need to be lower

Lower monthly rates would be appreciated

Appreciate the service and the location of the facility works for me.

Service was not satisfactory!

I am disappointed in your storage facility for several reasons:

1. The in house attendant was rude, and although he was not there when I arrived, when he did arrive insisted that he was there all the time and that the door was not locked. My family and I saw him arrive and park, and yet he did not come to the door to tell us he was back.
2. The lock given to us did not work properly, and had to be cut in order to get back into the unit.
3. When we discovered that we did not need the unit, we were told that we could not get a refund. We paid a full month for storage for only 24 hours.. I have never experienced this type of arrangement before. We should have been given a prorated refund.
