Excellent from start to finish
Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable about the storage. Showed me the unit beforehand and helped with all the paperwork needed. Very courteous and respectful. Just what I could afford and readily available. Thank you
No customer service
Facilty provide zero cuatomer service or moving instruction. it took 2hr for us to settled in because we use the wrong elevator. Property manager did not return phone call. She shut her door at 2pm and left.
