This is such a well designed unit. Tall ceilings are a surprising benefit, on site customer service is fantastic.
The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions.
This location was cleaner than a nearby one. Staff was excellent and directed me to their mobile app to use to enter through the gate. Great idea!
communications was worse than awful.
The price on the unit went down 2 weeks after I rented it but my main issue is that no one returns telephone calls. I got in a bind and needed another unit and could not reach anyone at this location so I had to look elsewhere. Ridiculous to have to go to 2 different locations because someone at this location can't be bothered neither answering the phone or returning calls when messages are left.
Plus extra 25.67 was taken out of my account and no one has ever explained why. I paid for the lock and admin fee when I got the unit so what is this amount for?
