Perfectly suited to my needs...
Having only been a customer for 24 hours, I'm a little hesitant to make a snap judgement, but so far so good.
This SRoA facility had the best price on a climate controlled unit in the size I needed anywhere close to my house. The paperwork (completed online) was a piece of cake. I got a rent-free month up front, and a free lock and keys for my unit. Speaking of which, I was happy to see that my unit was conveniently located near one of the entrances to the building. I also appreciate the fact that it was spotlessly clean. As a matter of fact, the whole grounds (office, buildings and driveways) were like new.
Into the bargain, the lady who runs the place, Rochelle, is a pleasure to deal with.
So let's review: good price, decent location, a couple of freebies, minimal red tape, easy access, clean facilities, nice lady. What's not to love?
