1. Lock Requirements
This facility only uses cylinder locks, which are available for purchase in the office.
Padlocks and disc locks are NOT permitted.
2. Unit Access
All units, whether rented or not, are locked for security reasons.
Customers must visit the office during business hours to have locks removed and access granted.
Do NOT inform customers that they can access their unit outside business hoursthis is incorrect and causes frustration.
3. Exit Gate Notice
Our exit gate is currently inoperable.
Customers must exit through the same entrance using the pedestrian gate by entering their access code to leave.
