Simple as ever to get us a storage unit fast and easy
Easy and as accessible as we needed
Most doors broken. No elevator. 1 dolly
I was happy with the customer service. The lady was helpful. However, it took us trice the time it should have to unload our truck into the storage due to the door being broken. We had to access the unit from the door on the other side.
There is 1 dolly for everyone to share, so we weren’t able to use it.
There is no elevator.
I’m dreading the move out.

I like the convenience of the app that lets me use contact entry for the gate. My space was all ready for me when I arrived and a new lock in the package was inside the space when I arrived on the first day for my use.

It's not the cleanest place
It's not the cleanest place. Have seen a cigarette butt in the hallway, an empty alcohol bottle, plastic, wipes and masks and cans in the parking lot. Are there supposed to be lights in the space because I don't have one.
Why is there only one small cart to use and people don't return it to the designated spot. Very hard to move boxes without the use of a cart!
The other day I ran into a questionable person who startled me. Really not cool as a female to go there alone, it's spooky. I would never go there at night!!
