Just rented.
I was kind of disappointed that the facility isn’t temperature controlled, like I was told. I have collectibles that I need to store at room temperature, but this isn’t the case.
Tim was awesome and made the move in easy!
Tim made our day by explaining everything so no surprises. Would definitely recommend this place.

Facility was nice, customer service was awful
Had a reservation to move in and no one was there to complete my move in Called and left 3 messages and no response. Waited something like 3 hours and then got the manager who said she was in the building, but not at the desk. Infuriating as I had to pay for extra time for UHaul.
