Easy as can be. Amazing staff!!!
I looked at so many different places that I got SROA mixed up with a different co. In a city 10 mins north... I ended up at SROA 10 mins before closing. Got on the phone with customer service and they got my lease signed (month to month) and all ready to move in!!

Quick and easy
We needed a storage unit last minute. They made it very easy and we were able to move into it right away. Also, being open on a Saturday was appreciated. Since most places were closed on Saturday. Thank you

It was raining but the move in was ok.
Front desk reception was very helpful and nice. She directed us to our unit. But the office fragrance was a little overboard. I am a person sensitive to fragrance.
