"While the facility it self does what I need it to, the gate code did nothing. If the gate wasn't propped open you couldn't get in. What's the point of ha ung an automatic gate if it isn't maintained. Other than this, it was clean and reasonably price. But I also thought I got my first month free. That didn't happen."

Gate issues
While the facility it self does what I need it to, the gate code did nothing. If the gate wasn't propped open you couldn't get in. What's the point of ha ung an automatic gate if it isn't maintained. Other than this, it was clean and reasonably price. But I also thought I got my first month free. That didn't happen.

Very friendly customer service
They were very helpful and understanding during my stressful time of moving. They helped me figure out the right size of storage unit I needed when I picked out the wrong size, I really appreciated their patience with me as well!
