The whole experience was great! The tour, looking at the unit, explanation of operating hours and how the grounds are kept! I loved it and would greatly recommend to family and friends.
Quick, easy, pleasant
I hate having to pay for storage! I shopped around, this is the best price and the least amount of paperwork. The manager was nice, quick and most importantly, competent. We were signed up and ready to move in, in about 10 minutes of walking in the office. Really appreciate it!
Great, fast and efficient service!
This place was perfect! I got a phone call follow up the day before my rental was due to start. The unit was ready and clean. The service was friendly the paperwork was quick and the fees were clear so there were no surprises. They made sure I had a confirmation email before I left so that I would be reminded of my upcoming auto payments. I was also given a card for an oops I’m paying late and need a free pass. I’ve never seen that before and it was comforting to have a free pass on hand just in case.
