Mostly satisfied
Made reservations online for 6x10 climate controlled storage unit. Confirmation came very quickly with additional reminders up to and including move in date (about 3 weeks total). Unfortunately, upon arrival for check in, was informed unit reserved was not available. Larger was available but I opted for smaller, non climate controlled unit. Check in process was very smooth. Just disappointed in the reservation system.
I highly recommend this location. Grounds and unit I rented were very clean. Cindy was knowledgeable, efficient and made the check in quick and simple. Troy
