Easy to maneuver.
The office was very helpful and efficient. The facility was easy to check in, unload, and find our unit. Coming from a somewhat country setting to downtown Brooklyn was intimidating and we were nervous about using a storage unit. This place made it simple and easy. It was a great relief as we pulled away, knowing how easy it had been.

I recieved excellent service when coming to buy my storage space.
I went here at least 5 times buying supplies for a big move. Nakia and Katiria were EXTREMELY helpful and nice. I would drive from east village all the way to downtown Brooklyn just to buy my supplies there. Amazing customer service.
