Access keypads are convenient to all entries to ensure only our customers enter and exist the building, and security cameras are located throughout. We provide unit locks at no charge. I was very pleased with the service. The unit I rented was still a little dirty but the employee on duty ensured me he'd clean it out. Which he did.

I'm the leader of "Charity Beyond Belief", and we needed a place to store our donations for the homeless. Nobody in Charlotte was willing to bend on their prices, or guarantee their rates wouldn't increase, until I found Outbox. Dennis and his team appreciated the work we're doing for the community. They gave us a great deal, and locked into it for a year when we offered to pay upfront. The facility is clean and safe, and the customer service is wonderful, which are all things I could not say about our last storage unit. Thanks for your help Dennis!
