Wonderful service, clean and easy to rent
Andrea was the sweetest person I have met in a long time. I really enjoyed her company on a day I was very frustrated. The unit is easy to access, clean and the building is well lite. Thank you for your compassion and just simple human kindness. вќ¤пёЏ

Great customer service during check-in
Prices seem to have gone up everywhere; this facility seems about mid to high range of what I was looking for but proximity to my job truly made my decision.
The customer service was quick, helpful, and pleasant. Not thirty minutes after I made the initial reservation, (Aaliyah?Alicia? Sorry I can't remember!) already was calling to confirm and let me know what they needed and asked if I had other questions. Two days later I stopped in during a lunch break to fill out the contract and Amanda was very informative and expeditious in getting me in and out, and going as far as to show me the best way to get to my unit by pulling up a layout of the floor and units.
Having had a few storage units with other companies before this, it was a very pleasant experience.
