Terrible Custome Service, but pricing is fair

I DO NOT appreciate the service representatives at the Call Center. They are rude, inconsiderate, and borderline disrespectful. When I called on the night of my move in, "Kathleen" was busy trying to "close the sale" herself (telling me the "he" was "not available", when in fact it was a "she", and I found out later on that who I asked for wasn't even there!!!) - instead of transferring me to where I asked her to! I called back to speak to someone else to transfer me to the physical location and got "Yesenia" who informed me that the place was about to close (which is why I called). She seemed to only want to close the sale with me - even after I informed her that I was driving on a very busy highway AND during rush hour traffic!!!! THIS is what happens when people are driven to makes sales because of commission. There was NO respect, only concern about getting my money/closing the sale (and this is NOT an exaggeration). IF it wasn't for the General Manager "Zee", I would not even look in this place's direction - and that's a FACT!!! I'm sorry, but this was Terrible customer service just about all the way around.

Clean secure and climate control place

Easy to get storage

It was very easy to set up. Everyone is very friendly and cooperative. They explain every detail even at times they repeated the important details to make sure you understand them.

Good but could be better

For a storage place they are pretty good. The price could be lower as seen my size unit for at least 30-40 less.
What is very annoying is you can’t use the dumpster to throw things away. With the price of renting should have that access. Instead have to put in your car and dispose at a different place which is annoying. Other places allow tenants to use the dumpsters.
It’s close to my apartment complex which doesn’t offer storage so I’ve stayed.

Yes, with a Caveat!

I think the price is inflated. The hours of operation is also limiting. The staff is awesome and is really the only saving grace that this storage company has.
