Clean facility.
Made reservation, received numerous follow up emails regarding my storage unit reserved. When I arrived, the gentleman said he had no record of my reservation. 🤷🏼‍♀️
I told him I had the reservation number, he said that meant nothing?? Luckily they had a unit available.

I reserved a unit online yesterday. I just got a call From Maria saying they did not have any units in the size I had reserved. I told her I was upset because I was mislead. She said that if I did not like the service to look elsewhere.
