"The front staff is only concerned with up-charges. Their only job is to sell you something. I had an issue with gate access and it forever to get help, despite the fact that she had my ID in her hand. I think I ended up needing a reference letter from my 3rd grade math teacher to get them to open the gate ЁЯШП. Then I cleaned out my storage and they charged me a тАЬcancellation feeтАЭ because I notified them 14 days before my exit. WHAT!!!! I have to pay to leave ???!!!!!! тАж Go elsewhere"
