I had a great experience with public storage. The workers are wonderful.
Best staffs here
This location got the best staffs, Chassie and Bill, here trying to solve the customers problems.
Company’s website needs improvement though. Cannot complete rental for reservations online . Had to visit the facility physically to complete the payment. Much appreciated to the local staffs here!
Prices jumped up quickly
Pam was wonderful and shes the only reason I have been with this unit for right around 2 yrs. And my price is very pricey and I just now got a 6.00 decrease. I am on fixed income, I don't think I am being treated fairly with the price.
