Exceeded what I expected.
This was my first time using a storage unit. Checking in was easy and the agent walked me through everything.
The facility was clean and bright. Overall a satisfying experience.

Very smooth and friendly experience.

My only gripe so far
They put a Yellow Braille style strip of raised bumps in front of the buildings entrances. It's super helpful when you are pushing a cart full of stuff and it stops shortly because the wheels catch just right. Also they should invest into a couple mattress dollies.
Other then that the facility is well lit and clean. The staff is polite and friendly
