Amazing for college students!

horrible!!
I moved in and moved out the same day. it was a horrible experience. first THEY signed the lease for me, yes they FORGED the lease. i didn’t have a chance to look at it until AFTER it was signed by them. second, i found rat poison in my unit and was told it was for my protection not because they have a problem. hard to believe considering the poison chunk looked chewed on. third, when i tried to get a refund because it’s not as advertised and they forged the lease they tried to tell me everything is in the lease that I NEVER SIGNED. they also signed my name wrong…. needless to say i had to dispute this with my bank as i will NOT be using this shady company and highly recommend others do not as well based on my horrible experience.
