The customer service was great.
Awesome customer service. The unit I was given is a great size but the door open and block the entry way to move my packages in my storage unit. I have to close the door first, move the boxes to the right side and open my unit door. My unit door open and it blocks the hallway. What an interesting designed. I wish I can upload a picture to explain what I am talking about. Also, it's dark in the unit. The light is only in the hallway and inside unit is dark. That's my only complaint.
