My only complaints: Upon arrival, I discovered a lock already on the assigned unit.
However, it was immediately handled customer service.
Lastly, someone in the facility has used mothballs. The scent is noticeable at entrance.
I also had to call upon arrival for access code, but both calls to customer service were met with incredibly friendly and helpful associates."

Outstanding
Setting up online was super easy!
My only complaints: Upon arrival, I discovered a lock already on the assigned unit.
However, it was immediately handled customer service.
Lastly, someone in the facility has used mothballs. The scent is noticeable at entrance.
I also had to call upon arrival for access code, but both calls to customer service were met with incredibly friendly and helpful associates.
