Service was good
It was clean and the service was good. I had not problem at all, when I checked in. However, the notice time, required to give move out notice varied, depending on what document I looked at and what was communicated.

Pricey but convenient
Pricey but convenient. The unit could have used a good sweeping to get rid of some dirt, but not terrible. Friendly staff. 24 hour access is nice. No outer gate, though... that's weird.
