"I got set up online & I was very happy with the customer service. I paid for my unit and I’ve been trying for a week to get my access code so I can move in. The manager is never there and it’s been a week and still u haven’t moved anything in so I went in today and still no one was there but the maintenance man who helped as much as he could. I asked for my money back and I was told I would have to come back when someone was there and it would have to be approved by the general manager. This is very unprofessional and bad business."

I am very disappointed and would not recommend

Rented the unit Saturday and started moving in on Sunday.
We looked at 2 more companies storage units. This unit was beyond compare. The climate controlled unit we rented was easy to access, close to our current home, and having rolling carts made the unloading of our SUV very easy. We also bought our lock there. Talk about one stop convenience!
