I was I need of storage was getting the run around until I came upon Kalamazoo self storage on Burdick, Young lady was very attentive to my needs and helpful.

Fast simple and easy. Got in got my unit got out.
Clean units, friendly staff.
Amazing staff, clean grounds, climate controlled, keypad entry, convenient tube style locks, roll carts for moving, u-haul on site, donation shop in same building, fully indoors so no chance of water getting in under the door or anything. I do wish I had 24 hour access and that's the only reason I give it 4 stars.
Jessica helped make this process a lot better than I expected.
Overwhelmed by the whole experience and Jess made it more acceptable. Very glad to have met her.
